This RV was spotless with a fully made bed, extra pillows, and lots of space. The owner took his time to explain all of the details in the RV. The owner was prompt and responsive from booking to pick up. We will only be using AC Douglas moving forward. Great RV and service.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- -Use caution with doors, cabinets, fixtures, hook ups, etc. Campers are not made like homes. -No more then 6 people.
- -Pets allowed. Max 2 with fee. Max weight 30lbs ea., house trained:) -No smoking or vaping. Any smell or sign will result in $150 charge.
- -Follow instruction book inside camper for proper camper use of bathroom, appliances, slide out, awning, etc.
- -Return unit in good condition to avoid security deposit deductions. Remove all trash, wipe down surfaces and toilet, empty gray/black water tank. We will handle detailed cleaning.
