No smoking allowed
Before return: remove all trash, food & personal items. Remove all bedding and place in the middle of the bed. Leave camper broom-swept clean and wipe up any spills or messes. Empty all waste tanks.
It is REQUIRED that all renters sign our SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement) before the pick-up date, which covers our rules and expectations.
In order to tow the camper, you must have an approved tow vehicle with a brake box, or we can supply a Bluetooth brake controller for an extra fee (if available).
Only use the awning while you're outside supervising it! Retract awning during the slightest of windy conditions, if you are not in direct eyesight of it, and while camper is in motion.
* No climbing on top of the roof. * No smoking inside the camper.
