Ac was amazing work with. We got his RV for a Retreat on a ranch. He brought it and set it up and took down he was very easy to work with and looking forward to when we are down in TX to rent from him again.

- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- -Use caution with doors, cabinets, fixtures, hook ups, etc. Campers are not made like homes. -No more then 6 people.
- -No pets. Any sign of a pet will result in a minimum charge of $100. -No smoking or vaping. Any smell or sign will result in $150 charge.
- -Follow instruction book inside camper for proper camper use of bathroom, appliances, slide out, awning, etc.
- -Return unit in good condition to avoid security deposit deductions. Remove all trash, wipe down surfaces and toilet, empty gray and black water tank. We will handle detailed cleaning.
