- -Follow instruction book inside camper for proper camper use of bathroom, appliances, slide out, awning, etc.
- -Return unit in good condition to avoid security deposit deductions. Remove all trash, wipe down surfaces and toilet, empty gray and black water tank. We will handle detailed cleaning.

AC was great to work with and the trailer was everything promised in the advertising. It was clean and everything worked well. We paid to have the trailer delivered and AC was prompt and setup the trailer quickly while explaining everything to us as he went along. We will definitely rent from him again!
