- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking in or around the RV. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoking in the RV has been determined.
- No climbing onto the roof. $1,000 fee will be charged if any persons was on the roof without owners approval
- A pre-inspection and post inspection will be completed by both the owner and renter before departure.
- Biggest rule is to have fun, enjoy your home away from home and make ever lasting memories.
Excessive cleaning fees- $250 penalty
Sewage removal - $150 penalty
Smoke removal fees - $500 penalty
Walking On RV Roof - $500 penalty
Refueling fees- $75 + cost of fuel
