We had a really unfortunate time with Joshua. He delivered the trailer dirty. The shower had hair in it and the fridge had half drank bottle of water. It clearly has not been cleaned out.
However, in our conversations leading up I had told him we were basically using it as an extra bedroom and would barely use the amenities.
