Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Black water, grey water and fresh water tanks must be empty before returning.
- Remove all linens and towels, should be placed in a pile on the master bed at end of stay.
- Any items unclaimed after 48 hours will be disposed of.
- Be sure to leave no trace in both the outdoors and camper
Camper is parked behind the barn over looking the timber, with a large open space for activities. Secluded from the house you won’t even have to see us. I’ll have water hooked up and the generator will power the unit for any of your needs
The generator will come with a full tank of gas that generally lasts 8 hours, depending on the draw from the camper. Additional gasoline will need to be provided by the renter. It should be regular 87 octane
