This RV was great and had all the necessities and additional amenities to make a trip great. Our trip was a bust due to the campground continuing to lose power and we didnt ask for the generator, but the host responded promptly and was extremely helpful!
I take pride in making sure you have a great experience and having all the amenities that would make it as smooth and enjoyable for you! Again I'm so sorry to hear that it did not work our for you this go around. For your inconvenience next time I will throw in the generator for free so you can be sure not to run into this problem again.

The actual rental RV and people interaction was great. However the reservation process was very tedius. Not a pleasant experience. The proces was clearly created by IT people. Not us normal people.
