Ryan was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about this trip! We would totally rent from Ryan again! What a perfect little home away from home on wheels!
A great experience overall. Ryan was super responsive and helpful and the Stratus was well appointed, clean and very comfortable.
Ryan is very responsive to my concerns about delivery and pickup. Once we got each other cell phones numbers, we had excellent communication. Unit was as advertised and posting.
Unfortunately not a pleasant experience. Owner was not there when we picked up so we could not discuss the condition of the camper. Overall condition of camper not as shown in pictures. Had not been cleaned in some time. Visible dust accumulation on all hard surfaces, even in the shower. Floor had not been swept or mopped and had a lot of dirt. Rotten eggs in the outdoor kitchen refrigerator.
We would highly recommend Ryan for your next RV rental. Our rental was for The Gorge Amphitheater and Ryan provided drop-off and pick-up directly to/from The Gorge Campground. Everything went smoothly and Ryan's communication throughout the rental process was top notch and exceeded our expectations. Thanks Ryan!
