- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking inside ($500 fee imposed)
- No mud events (forfeit of deposit imposed)
- No towing (forfeit of deposit imposed)
- RV must be returned with a full tank of gas as it was provided at the time of pickup or incur $50 per 1/4 tank needing to be filled
- Full dumping and filling of water tanks $100 fee incured if not done by renter
