Emmanuel was fantastic to work with. Pick up was easy and he walked through and explained everything we needed to know. I thought the price was a fair deal for the RV. It was comfortable for 6 adults. AC worked well. It was a confortable drive and ride as well. It was perfect for our group and would definitely rent from Emmanuel again.
Unfortunately, this experience was not as great as we thought. When we picked it up, it was really worn and had a lot of blemishes. The pictures on the site do not look like the inside of this RV. There was no tv in the rear bedroom and having a plastic mattress cover on the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, both with sound and movement.
We're sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. To clarify, our listing doesn't advertise a TV in the bedroom, and the photos accurately reflect the RV’s layout. As for the mattress cover, we use a protective cover as a necessity for cleanliness and hygiene for all our renters.
Emmanuel was great to work with! He was on top of responding to messages and great with communication. RV was as advertised and served its purpose without any issues. Would absolutely recommend renting through Emmanuel and his family. 10/10
Emmanuel has great communication and the rental unit was as promised. It was very clean and ready to go on time. The RV drove well. I would for sure rent from him again.
Emmanuel was great. We are new to the RV world and he made the experience a very enjoyable one. We had a couple hiccups on the way, but Emmanuel was never more than a text or phone call away to assist us through to a solution. Will definitely rent from him again.
