- No parties. This rental is for family/group camping trips and we want to avoid renting for events that will likely result in damage to the RV
- No "self repairs" of incidental damages. If there's an accident and something is broken/damaged, please don't try to "fix it" as this could cause further damage. Simply report the damage to the owner.
- No smoking inside or around the camper. If you or your guests are smokers, please take steps to eliminate the smell. We frequently rent this unit to families, and want to avoid lingering smoke smells.
- Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis and require the renter to pay the additional fee for pet stays. This is for extra cleaning for pets to support future renters with possible allergies.
