Alan was a great host and was responsive to communication. Delivery was a great experience as set up was completed and the A/C was on so when we arrived it was cooled off already for us.
WARNING. Absolute nightmare. RV was dropped off with no water and couldn't get any for 2 days. Got lucky that a friend brought me some. Told the owner and was ignored. The AC, the rare times it worked, is extremely loud. You can't even have a conversation with someone while it's running. There is an electrical issue where the trailer rarely has full power. There were several stages of this.

Water & Power: As clearly stated in the RV listing, the unit is not delivered with a full water tank to prevent damage while traveling.
Owner was very responsive and friendly. Rig was wonderful. My only issue that I’d like to call out is the idea that it sleeps 5. We are a family of 4 including two grown kids. The master bedroom is wonderful but to expect two 6 footers to sleep on the hide-a-bed was a little tight. We ended up using an inflatable mattress.

The RV was very clean and just as the ad stated. Alan was accommodating with drop off and pick up. We had an issue with a miscommunicate with the delivery. When I looked back at our communications, it was neither of our fault. We both missed it. Even with it not being his fault, Alan worked to help resolve it. Thank you. I will rent again. Marc
This was our 2nd rental through RV share.
You will not be dissapointed with Alans new RV. Spacious living room with two slide outs, two recliners, sleeper sofa, fieplace, table and chairs Indoor outdoor speakers/radio/bluetooth. We enjoyed our four day weekend.
