Pros: cheap; amiable, communicative owner; runs and drives well.
Cons: poorly maintained; ill-equipped; dirty and cluttered; infested with cockroaches.
Owner Michael met us promptly for pick-up at scheduled time, but did not have the unit ready. He hastily cleaned the obviously filthy bathroom, dumped the grey water tank, and fetched missing linens from house while we waited.
