- Do not refill propane. Do Not attempt any repairs of any kind without obtaining my express permission FIRST.
- This camper weighs in around #8,000 fully loaded. As such, I require the following: Working brake controller (will be verified by me) Towing vehicle must be a 2500 /250 series equivalent or larger.
- Do Not wash the exterior of the camper. That is my responsibility. Any damages occurred from pressure washing exterior of the camper will result in an insurance claim being filed.
- ANY and ALL damages occurred during rental period are the responsibility of the renter per the Terms and Conditions. If there is a 3rd party involved, a police report is REQUIRED for insurance claims!
- Plugs or Patches in the tires are NOT acceptable! If damage results to one of the tires, they must be replaced with a NEW tire of matching size and weight rating. Refer to manual for correct info.
ELECTRIC GENERATOR: fees are $10 per night based on the duration of the reservation.
Unlimited hours of use. Customer will provide gas.
Check with your location regarding accepted hours for generator usage.
Training to use generator will be provided.
