Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1 dog allowed (upon breed discretion if taking trailer off property) up to 60 lbs **never leave dog unattended in the trailer**
- No smoking/vaping in the trailer/on property
- Experienced renters preferred to rent trailer/with proper tow vechicle
- 1 time propane fee added to all rentals
- 1 time cleaning fee added to all rentals
Our trailer is parked in our backyard and can be another option to staying in a hotel with a back yard feel. Without the work of hauling, our trailer can be the optimal, convenient solution to attending an event downtown, or visiting family/friends while in the area. *We are using an inverter generator that runs on gas for about 5 hrs. We can show you how to use it or we can add the gas and check on it as we live on the property. *Outlet option also Private entrance and backyard space to share.
Please do not ever leave a pet unattended in the trailer. Experienced renters with towable vechicle preferred. Can deliver! Option to rent trailer from our home as well parked in our yard (near downtown Indy, easy to get around).
