Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1 dog allowed (upon breed discretion if taking trailer off property) up to 60 lbs **never leave dog unattended in the trailer**
- No smoking/vaping in the trailer/on property
- Experienced renters preferred to rent trailer/with proper tow vechicle
- 1 time propane fee added to all rentals
- 1 time cleaning fee added to all rentals
Our trailer is parked in our backyard and can be another option to staying in a hotel with a back yard feel. Without the work of hauling, our trailer can be the optimal, convenient solution to attending an event downtown, or visiting family/friends while in the area. *No pets if rented from our property.
