I had originally asked Richard if he could drop the trailer early because we were planning on meeting my family at the Delta at a 10 am arrival time and we wanted to unpack before going out on the the boat. He was great about it! He showed up at 9am and had the trailer ready for our arrival. He was very flexible with our checkout time as well.
