- Pet is allowed with $250 pet fee per a reservation. Small pets only, under 15lbs, maximum 2 pets per stay. Pet owners will be responsible for any excessive damage they cause.
- Damage to interior , fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, decorations , etc. that make unremovable stain will be charged at 150% of full cost.
- Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets causing from the use of body oils, red wine, make-up, etc. will result in a charged at 150% of full cost.
- 150% of full cost of damage charged policy is the result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article
- Smoking is prohibited inside the camper. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
