Awesome RV rental experience! Paul was prepping the vehicle when we pulled up, and we immediately went into a tour and explanation of all the things we needed to know. He had prepared a set of user instructions for all the various items in the RV. He even threw in a football for our kids as we had flown into CVG from out of state. Very efficient pick up, and drop off.
