Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No more than two pets allowed. Pets are never to be left unattended in or outside of vehicle
- Cleaning fees apply based on need and cost if not returned in clean condition.
- Smoking or burning of candles or incense in trailer is not allowed.
- Special Events such as Burning Man, Night in the Country, etc are allowed but do have higher rental fees. Please check before booking event.
- Propane and or gas, and dump fees will be charged if not completed by guest.
Reno and Sparks in NV have great events and what better place to stay than in this great trailer. Perhaps at the Grand Sierra RV park, or at the Marina. Or it could be at your relatives home. You let us know and we will set it up for you.
Please let us know if you have any special request for items and we will do our best to assist you in providing them. Such as chairs, bbq, extra propane tank, etc.
