- No burning of candles or incense in interior of camper is allowed.
- No more than two pets allowed. Pets are not to be left unattended in trailer at any time.
- No refunds for early returns.
- Cleaning fee will be charged if trailer returned without cleaning being performed within reasonable expectations. (Frig and stove clean, Bathroom cleaned.) Floors cleaned, exterior not muddy.
- Propane charges will be deducted if not filled upon return. Fuel must be premium only for generator. If tanks are not dumped fee will apply for owner to do so.

Notes
Special events such as burning man are subject to price change/increases. There are no refunds for early returns. If returned with no cleaning a minimum cost of $600 will be charged to clean up trailer from burning man event.
