Set up on time with easy and thorough communication. Very clean. Has all the essentials. Outdoor seating, rug, coffee! We had a wonderful stay! Will def be back!

- No smoking allowed
- Please do not leave pets unattended inside the camper.
- Please clean camper inside and outside prior to the end of rental period in order to avoid additional cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning needed after rental period will result in $150 charge.
- Please make sure your tow vehicle is rated to pull more than the dry weight of the camper (7,690 lbs).
- NO SMOKING. Smoking in the camper will result in 100% loss of security deposit.
Cleaning fee of $150 will ONLY be charged if camper is not clean when picked up. Fee will be taken from $1000 security deposit.
Smoking fee of $1000 will ONLY be charged if camper is smoked in during rental period. Fee will be taken from $1000 security deposit.
