Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please remove ALL waste. This includes draining the gray and black water tanks. *** There will be a fee of $100 if tanks are not drained***
- No smoking of products of any kind in or around the camper. A fee of $1000 will be charged if there are any signs of smoking.
- Please DO NOT remove the mattress protectors. They are there to protect the mattress. They are sanitized/washed after every renter. You are liable for damages to the mattress. Thank you in advance.
