We had a major issue with the RV as the slide didn’t work. HOWEVER, Roman went absolutely above and beyond trying to fix the problem for us. It was an unfortunate situation, but I really appreciated Roman having good customer service and trying his best to help us. That alone is worth a lot to me!
This was my first time renting a trailer for camping. Roman's communication before during and afterwards was very prompt and helpful. He provided useful and very detailed set up and usage instructions to make the process very easy. The trailer was as described in the listing and I would rent this until again in the future
Roman is a great communicator. He's was professional and respectful with me as I asked dumb questions (first time RV renters). He was available throughout the weekend and committed to helping. He was also relaible with delivery, hookup, and pickup.
His RV was not as clean as it could have been. We had to sweep the floors when we got there, and there was wear and tear beyond what was normal.
Roman was great to work with and delivered according to schedule! Perfect for our Big Bend visit.
Roman was great to work with and very responsive. The RV was cozy and we didn't experience any issues. I would rent again!
Roman was good to work with overall and we had a blast in Big Bend. However there were some issues with the camper. The TV pictured in the listing is gone. I had to purchase a flange for the sewer line. The hot water pump started leaking. And the front stabilizer motor failed. I had to borrow the specific tool from another camper to get the feet up before leaving.
