RV is very nicely kept and fully stocked with all of the items you need. We were coming in from out of town via air travel so we couldn’t bring any of the things one would normally need to do an RV trip. They were very helpful in getting us setup.

- Absolutely no smoking in or around the RV - major charge for this on owner agreement
- no rooftop access unless necessary to remove debris
- no pets allowed on beds unless in a dog bed
- Awning may only be used in winds under 15 MPH and never left open when unattended or at night time.
