The owners are very responsive and for the size of the unit, a really great value. When I was finalizing the trip plans a few days ahead, the owner gave me a call and said that the only thing we needed to bring was food and clothes -- certainly accurate! The trailer has most of what you'd need for a campsite, which is more than I'd suspect a lot of owners provide.
