- A/C can only be used on electricity (no generators)
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, vaping, incense, marijuana, etc.). It will result in cleaning fees.
- I will be flexible on my schedule to arrange meeting with you. I just ask that whatever time we agree upon, you be on time as I do this around my full time job.
- Please treat the camper with respect in every way. As if it was your own personal camper. And do reasonable cleaning of your mess after your trip.
- If you have pets in the camper, make sure they don’t destroy anything. All pet messes and damage will result in fees.

The RV was exceptionally clean. It was fully stocked with everything you may need besides your clothes and food. The communication the Jon provides was amazing and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend renting from him!!
