Worst vacation of our lives.
We rented this trailer from Yoany and within 3 hours of leaving we had a flat tire. Ok, so I go to put the spare on and it's bald, OK, so I go to get the jack, it's not there. Neither is the lugnut wrench.
Yoany sent me and my family out on a 2 week vacation with bad tires, a bad spare, no jack and no lugnut wrench.
I’m sorry that you feel this way. We would never put anyone’s life in danger. This is a new RV and the tires were not bad like you are claiming. We inspected the RV together and you know very well that the RV was in good condition if not you wouldn’t have accepted it then. You are just upset that you do not want to be accountable for destroying our RV.
