We are a family of 4, with kids ages 9 and 7. We purchased this amazing trailer early in the pandemic and boy did we use it! Getting out during lock down helped us stay sane, that's for sure. A favorite place to take the trailer is to Walker River Resort, and Graeagle of course!

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Must use pressure regulator when hooking up to city water. Any damages will be assessed w/in 48 hours of check out and are the renters responsibility.
- Trailer must be dumped and returned empty, $100 fee if not.
- We ask that you return it the way you received it. Strip the beds and put dirty linens in the supplied laundry baskets. Clean all dishes. Put appliances away. Wipe counters, sweep the floors, etc
*any booking during Burning Man (late August/early Sept/Labor Day) will have increased rates (nightly, security deposit, cleaning fee, etc.) and require a minimum 6 night reservation. Please reach out for pricing and details.
