This is our 2nd time renting from Rachel and Jay. Basically same flawless experience as before.
We did have a tire blowout this time around, which if you tow any type of trailer or RV, you know it's when, not if. When I notified Rachel, her first response was to make sure we were okay, showing true concern for us, and not just trying to figure out if there was damage to their RV.
Rachel and Jay are amazing! Their communication was top notch. The RV was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed and then some. They went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for our annual camping trip. We would definitely recommend renting from them.
Rachel and her husband were great to rent from, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Their Camper was clean and well stocked. They even asked if they could include the Keurig and some other items to make our trip that much easier. Constant communication and flexible, which really made a difference for me.
We had an amazing rental. The rv was spotless and was very comfortable. The golf cart was also a huge benefit to our weekend. Loved renting this unit!
