We are the proud owners of a 2021 Forest River, salem fsx. This camper is small but mighty. Out door kitchen, grill, double size bunk bed with USB charging ports through out the camper. Queen bed is a murphy bed so during the day you have a sofa, during the evening you have a comfortable queen size bed.

My husband, 2 kids and I are regular campers. Our camper is small but mighty! We both work in health care and firefighters. We have 2 dogs, camper is dog friendly. We enjoy life and want to allow you to enjoy adventures by yourself, with a significant other and family. Figured let others enjoy it while we are working!

- 1) Camper is expected to be returned as it was given to you. We do have the right to charge an excessive cleaning fee, $75.00 an hour, in the event the camper is returned excessively dirty.
- 2) We expect toilets and sinks to be properly flushed. In the event feces and other body fluids are left in the trailer, we reserve the right to add an additional dumping fee, up to an additional $70.
- 3) Awning are susceptible to wind and rain damage, the awning must be rolled up in rainy or windy conditions, also at night as well as any time the trailer is left unattended. Fees of 2500. for damage
- Absolutely no taping of anything to the interior or exterior of RV. In the event of finding things taped or tape residue to the RV, we have the rights to charge the excessive cleaning fee and supplies

Camper is fully sanitized after each use. We require a 24 hour grace between bookings to ensure cleaning is complete and done properly.

Great travel trailer, great host/owner. Would definitely rent from again.
This was our first time renting and using an rv/camper and the Masselis made it a wonderful experience. They were prompt, communicated well, and educated us on anything we may need to know. The beds were comfy, ac cold, and it's stocked with anything you may have forgotten. If we are ever in the area again we would surely work with these folks again.
The owners were great to communicate with and very responsive. The camper was just as listed and worked well for me and my family.
Lindsey and Bill are top-notch to deal with. Experience was pleasant and they were very helpful and easy to deal with. My wife and I are looking forward to future opportunities to rent from them again. Thank you.
