Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 50 AMP surge protector included - we DO have a 30 AMP converter. Only 1 AC unit will run on 30 AMP service at a time. You must always use a surge protector!
- We love pets! No cats allowed and dogs if left unattended MUST be kenneled! We offer Kennel rental and a pet safety package as add-ons. If you do not tell us about the pups, we will charge $150.
- SMOKING is NEVER allowed inside our camper. If you smoke inside the camper, you will be charged $500 for doing so.
- The camper MUST be return with ALL fluids drained from systems and trash and debris removed.
