Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly

- Minimum renter age of 25
- 1 dog up to 50 lbs. or 2 dogs under 20 lbs. each. Must have a solid travel kennel (we have spares). Wire kennels not acceptable. No cats, birds, bunnies, etc. allowed.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING or drug use. You will lose your entire deposit for professional cleaning if the camper is smoked in. Child health reasons.
- No climbing on roof other than emergency
- ALL music festivals must be approved by us first. Contact us before booking. LIMIT 4 adults.
- RV must be retuned cleaned, swept, wiped down. All supplies are included. If you do not choose the optional $150 cleaning fee, you will be charged $200 if we have to clean the RV upon return.

This rental was all our group needed, it was comfortable, spacious and me feel home away from home, doug was very responsive and trusted us with his rv for 5 days for a music festival, the rv was equipped with everything we needed :) hope to rent it again next year!

Doug was very kind and accommodating when assisting us with our booking! The RV was clean, and was stocked well with things that might be needed while out and about camping which was nice when we missed grabbing a few things for our trip.
