Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1 dog up to 50 lbs. or 2 dogs under 20 lbs. each. Must have a solid travel kennel (we have spares). Wire kennels not acceptable. No cats, birds, bunnies, etc. allowed.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING or drug use. You will lose your entire deposit for professional cleaning if the camper is smoked in. Child health reasons.
- No climbing on roof other than emergency
- No music festivals unless approved by us first. Contact us before booking.
- RV must be retuned cleaned, swept, wiped down. All supplies are included. If you do not choose the optional $100 cleaning fee, you will be charged $200 if we have to clean the RV upon return.
NO SMOKING. A professional cleaning fee will be deducted if smoke is detected upon return.
Pick up/drop off times are lenient, give us a head's up the day before if you need to adjust the 4:00 time.
