We had a great trip and Moises was super helpful with extra info if we didn’t know how something worked. Van got really good fuel economy and was extremely easy to drive and park, really tight turning radius and can easily park in any normal parking spot.
Moise, was very nice, he gave me good instructions for the RV and great recommendations for parks and campgrounds. The van was easy to drive.
The Class B Thor unit ran well, the refrigerator worked well, the generator and water systems worked, as did the shore power. Moises was pleasant and very accommodating, and went out of his way to let us retrieve an item that we had inadvertently left in the rental. However, there were problems that made the rental problematic.

Moises was excellent throughout the rental process. He was very honest and fair, and communicated very well with me throughout the process. He was also patient and helpful, and answered all my questions.
We rented the RV and Moses was not available for Pick up or drop off. His wife tried to explain the RV but had to Call Moses on the cell phone for the information. Upon return, we provided a list of the issues that we had with the RV and received no response from Moses. We discovered that the Radio and Backup camera was not working during her trying to show us how it worked.
