PLEASE NOTE CAMPER IS AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY AND SETUP ONLY. Suitable 5 person rental, delivery and setup. The camper is 34 foot long with dual air conditioner and 50 amp service. Camper has a queen memory foam mattress in the main bedroom and 2 full size bunk beds at separate ends of the camper. The camper can sleep more as the dinette can be converted into a bed as well for smaller children.

We are the Fletcher's. We love camping, cruising and spending time as a family. Our go to camping spot is Anchor Down in Dandridge, Tn.. Camping has allowed us grow as a family and spend the best quality time together. We have two children and we would not trade the memories we created camping together for anything.

- Available for delivery and setup only. Setup is included with delivery.
- The Awning is susceptible to wind damage. It must be rolled up in windy conditions, at night and when the camper is left unattended.
- RV single ply tissue is the only thing to be flushed down the toilet. Any other paper products are not permitted to be flushed down the toilet.
- All furnishings and fixtures inside the camper are to remain in the camper.
- No smoking inside the camper.
