The camper will sleep 6. There is a table that folds into a bed. The futon folds down into a bed. The bedroom has a queen size mattress with a memory foam pad. All beds will have sheets and blankets available for them.

- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed

- No smoking allowed
- Electric awning must be brought in during high wind and heavy rain. You will be responsible for any damages done up to and including replacement
- This camper is non-smoking and you will be charged $2500 for fumigation if any signs of smoking is present.
- If you choose to pick up the camper you must have a break controller installed in your vehicle, if you do not have one I will not let you tow my camper. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW
