Derrick was a great communicator, and the trailer has a ton of nice features - magnetic holds for the outside compartments, a solid folding stair into the trailer (instead of those flimsy ones that feel like a trampoline), a shower door instead of a moldy curtain, and oh boy that walk-in pantry was nice!
I will definitely be renting this one again!
Derrick was very helpful and quick with his responses. We actually needed the camper for an additional night and he was very fast and efficient with getting that in order. He explained every part of the camper and answered any questions we had. Would absolutely rent from him again!
Was a perfect RV for our family of four, with a 2 year old and a 5 year old for the Black Hills in SD. Everything worked perfect and Derrick even had toys for our kiddos, also had towels to use, all the bedding, dishes, everything needed to cook with! Only thing that we improvised, was the ceiling windows/hatches, was tough to sleep even with the window covers on them, but we made it work!
