Rental Rules
- No pets

- We do not allow smoking in vehicles. If a vehicle has a strong smoke odor, other than campfire smoke, we charge a $150 fee due to the required cleaning.
- We ask that guests clean and wash the RV after use. Alternately, our standard cleaning fee is $150. Deep cleaning fees will be based on time and equipment needed.
- Permanent damage to bedding, such as stains or tears, or other equipment will be charged at replacement cost from the deposit.
- We do not offer airport pickup or drop off as we can offer more flexibility from our location. Pickup is 3PM and drop off is 11AM but we are somewhat flexible if there is no other rental.
- We value our family time and need time to separate business from our household life therefore any pickup or drop off outside of 8AM to 8PM will incur a fee of $50 for each occurence.

Gary was great to rent from. The RV was exactly what we needed for our 2-week trip through Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Gary was meticulous in making sure everything worked for us before we go there, including some last minute repairs that were needed. He cares about his equipment and it shows.
We had a wonderful experience with Gary! Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. The RV was clean and had all of the supplies we needed which made it nice!
Gary and Cyndi were very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know about the vehicle. We had a wonderful experience exploring Yellowstone in this RV. It had everything we needed. Gary even gave us some good suggestions on campsites. 5 stars!
