- Take it slow. Back up with a spotter. Mind the bottom and top of the trailer for clearance when navigating tight turns and bumpy terrain.
- Close the awning while unattended or in wind >10mph.
- Double-check stabilizer jacks, slide-out, stairs, doors, and windows are all closed before hitching or moving.
- Keep battery charged above 12V and tire pressure at 50 PSI. Don’t rely on water tank gauges to be accurate.
- Return the trailer with wastewater tanks empty, dishes cleaned, and floors swept.

This was our first time to tow anything and first time to stay in a travel trailer. James was patient to go over all details. We felt lucky to have this option in the town.

James was very easy to deal with, quick to respond to my questions & just great to work with. We LOVED this rental for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta & I would recommend it! (We were able to get reservations in September after people canceled so if you can’t get tickets way ahead that’s a good option for the weekdays.)
RV was great for dry camping- it was our first time.
This camper trailer is exceptional. Our experience with James and his wife was nothing but pleasant. It fit our family of 4(plus our dog) perfectly.
