Rules and Policies
Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Awning can not be used, but there is a 10x10 pop-up tent in storage for rental use.
- If anything breaks or is not working, do not attempt to fix, contact owner.
- Strict no smoking or pets. Any sign of either forfeits entire deposit.
- No extra people then agreed upon at time of rental.
- Do not use any toilet paper except fir what’s provided. Nothing else down the drains.
Worry-free Services
Generator is free standing not part of the camper. We can deliver and set it up with a full take of gas, but when that runs out it’s up to the renter to refill for use. You must request the generator if needed.
