Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 35
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO ROOF CLIMBING. A Roof can cost anywhere between $7500 - $12,000 to repair or replace. Please be mindful and take care of our unit as if it was your own.
- NO SHOES IN UNIT: We like to keep the unit as clean and as sanitized as possible. Please treat this as if it was your home. We supply an area rug and a hanging shoe storage for convenience.
- THE HITCH: on this unit is not availble for use unless prior written consent has been agreed upon. Please reach out to us if you need to use it, so we can discuss in detail.
- BATH ROOM: Nothing should be flushed other than human waste & RV Approved toilet paper. We will supply you with a few rolls, please purchase additional, or let us know and we can supply for a fee.
- Our Rules are meant to provide you with a highlight of what to keep in mind. We expect out renters to treat the unit with care and love, so we can continue to rent it out for many seasons to come.
