I've rented from John on behalf of my clients twice now and he's always taken care of them. On this most recent rental, we had an issue with a sensor for the septic tank, but he made it right and reimbursed us for the pump out. John will be my first call next time I need to schedule a trailer for my clients.
Pretty much an effortless rental... excellent communication leading up to and through the rental made this a very easy transaction. Questions were answered quickly and completely and all we had to was move in, work our news event, and then let them know when to pick it up. It doesn't get much easier than that.
