- •SMOKING & VAPING is prohibited within the rental. If it is determined that the unit was smoked in or if there were any pets not disclosed in the rental, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
- •TOWING: Hauling a vehicle/trailer is NOT permitted (no exceptions). BIKE RACK / CARGO CARRIER: Hitch will be enabled when this option is selected at check out. Our Lock will be used to secure load.
- •BLACK AND GREY tanks must be returned empty and hoses completely washed and properly stored away. ($150 fee if not returned empty/washed)
- • CLEANLINESS: The RV must be returned clean like it was received (Minus any Dirty Linens ), or we will collect a $200.00 Excessive Fee at check in.
- • CAMPFIRES: Please keep all Windows, Vents & Doors closed if you plan to have a campfire.
