Clint was great! He communicated promptly and was very helpful. The RV was great for our family of 4. Delivery and pick was a breeze. Be sure to read through the listings regarding amenities. The RV itself has what you need (stove, beds, bathroom) but there is no bedding, cooking supplies or utensils.
Everything was on point I appreciate the service very nice people.
Excellent customer service, on time and very nice. Explained how everything worked with a walk thru, equipment was clean and in good condition.
I would most definitely rent from Clint again.
Overall was pleased with the experience. Everything was great other than the refrigerator in the trailer stopped working midway through our trip so everything in the freezer defrosted and we ended up having to throw a bunch of stuff away. Fortunately we had a couple of Artic coolers with us and were able to salvage some of our food although it cost us a bit buying ice for the coolers.
Trailer was in good shape and nice. We paid extra to have it delivered, set up and taken down. Owner was late arriving to pick up. Charged us $120 extra to dump trailer which was already hooked up to full hook ups and already dumped. Charged extra for propane that we didn't use and charged a wash fee for exterior.
Communication 8 app messages, 29 text messages. Rented the trailer 5 days didn't want to pay for propane after the trip. Black & grey Tanks were left full when we arrived to pick up the trailer , renter was sent photos & video of tank levels that were time stamped took 40 minutes to flush and dump the tanks that I hooked up for them when I dropped off and showed him how to properly dump the tanks.
Clint took the time to explain everything that needed to be explained I'll be looking forward to rent from him again next time
