- The roof is NOT to be climbed on- If seen it has been, your deposit will not be refunded.
- The awning is used at your own risk. Should the awning be used and it breaks or tears, a charge for repairs or replacement will be made to your credit card if security deposit does not cover the costs
- Only use the Toilet paper that I supply to you free, other Toilet paper may cause a clog. No sand in the shower. Clean yourself outside before coming in or the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the Black tanked is clogged it is the renters responsibility. The renter will be charged $300 if brought back clogged or over filled, even if the renter has pre paid for Dumping.
- Do not put food particles down the kitchen sink. RV pipes are not like your home pipes. Foods will settle in the grey tank and create a smell in the trailer. Please wipe out dishes before washing them

Lorena and her husband were sweet as can be and we had a great trip
Our experience was amazing. Lorena was very detailed in explaining how everything worked, what the trailer offered, and provided a very detailed booklet with everything she went over. She even added a little perk to our trip which I will not disclose what it was so it's renters can be as surprised as we were.

This was a wonderful experience for our family. This was our first trip in an RV and our 3 kids and puppy had a blast. Lorena was kind enough to provide a detailed tutorial on all the features and procedures for a smooth trip. She was responsive and accommodating. I can't imagine renting from anyone else.
