Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renters must be knowledgeable & capable of towing and set up and take down. Must not be driven off-road except on stones and pebbles. Late Drop Off And Changing Reservation Dates may come with fees.
- Drive up to 55 MPH on INTERSTATE & HIGHWAY, up to speed limit on city limits. NO CLIMBING on ROOF TOP, NO JUMPING on BEDS. NO PERSON INSIDE TRAILER WHEN IN MOTION OR DRIVING OR TOWING.
- Sand/dirt /mud must be washed off prior to entering the camper and using the bathroom to prevent clogging, this rule applies to the kitchen sink also. A $75 fee if mud or sand is found inside.
- VERY Crucial: Awning MUST be rolled back when leaving the camper, at medium to heavy rain and when it's windy. It may only be used as a shade or with light rain. Damages will be taken from the Deposit
- In consideration to others, please see our Pet Policy under Description. There is a $150 fee if a pet was brought in the camper without our knowledge. SMOKING is Strictly Not Allowed or prohibited.
***Camper will be professionally cleaned on both interior and exterior and tanks (black and gray) will be emptied and fully flushed and toilet disinfected prior to your pickup. Trailer must be retuned in the same condition, otherwise, please see add ons or fee schedule.
