Rental Rules

- CDL or extensive diesel pusher/large RV driving experience desired. Required to demonstrate large rig driving skills.
- No off road driving. Agree to allow speed and location to be monitored. Do not use awning or leveling system. Renter responsible for all loss due to misuse or improper use of RV and functions.
- Allow a minimum of 1 hour (possibly as much as two hours depending on prior RV experience) for hands on orientation and demonstration of RV features before turning over keys.
- Any assistance or repairs required to return the RV's functionality will be charged parts plus labor at $50/hour to include travel time and travel expenses.
- Renter will be provided an orientation of the RV and its functions. Damage or loss of RV function due to misuse or improper use (passenger slides, jacks, awning) are solely the Renter's responsibly.

What a fantastic experience. The RV was in great condition and Mike spent the time showing me what I needed to know in order to have a successful trip. I would rent from Mike again and I highly recommend this owner!
I can't say enough good things about working with Mike and Kerry and this entire process and experience. They were so helpful at every step, and the rig was just as advertised. It rode nicely down the road and everything was in working order as Mike described.
Terrible coach and a thief of an owner. This RV is 13 years old, beat up, and full of after market parts that Michael installed himself. The RV was in the shop for a month before I took it out and I never should have.
Communicated with Renter that a claim would be submitted to RVShare based on photographical evidence. 3rd party (insurance adjuster) determined the legitimacy of claim and assessed damages. I thought the assessment was too high and offered to return most of the claim, only wanting reimbursement for the chipped window repair, fuel and propane use.
Mike has a great RV. Our family of 5 spent 2.5 weeks traveling the west and west coast. There is no reason to be alarmed by the age of this RV. Mike has taken great care of it and updated things that needed to be updated. The mobile Starlink was a plus. It allowed the kids to watch TV while going down the road and for me to continue working in remote places.
Darren was a great renter. Easy to communicate with and very helpful getting it back into the drive so as to help our house sitters take care of it.
I cannot say enough about Mike and his wife, Kerry. This was the first time I ever rented an RV and his follow up prior to the trip was off the charts (in a good way). We surprised my in-laws with a 2-week trip to Rock Mountain National Park + Zion National Park and their RV made for an unbeatable experience.
