- 1. Absolutely no smoking or drug use in our trailer (legal or not). If any drug use or smoking is discovered, your deposit will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS
- 2. Use provided RV toilet paper ONLY and use it sparingly to avoid clogs. If tanks are not emptied at the end of your trip, or if the sensor shows full, there will be a $100 dump fee.
- 3. Please use outside shower to remove sand/dirt before entering trailer. Remove shoes to avoid tracking in sand/dirt.
- 4. No barbecuing on the back bumper of the trailer.
- 5. No transporting bicycles inside trailer.

This was my second time renting an rv to go camping with my family with one major difference: my husband was not attending this year so I was solo with my two boys (5 and 8). I’ve never set up an rv or done a trip like this before on my own.
To begin with, you couldn't meet nicer people than Tanja and Carl. They were both efficient and friendly when delivering/setting up and taking down/picking up the unit.
It's a nice trailer with a few things that keep it from a 5-star rating. The good: comfortable furniture, roomy sink and refrigerator, lots of storage space.
We were happy to provide you with the best service possible. We try to make the description and pictures of our trailer as accurate as possible. The bathroom is small, but we chose to sacrifice bathroom space for the bunk beds. Unfortunately the trailer did not come with a ladder (nor is one pictured), but our 3 teenagers have never had an issue getting up there..
We rented this trailer for a family trip to Dillon Beach and it was perfect. Very clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen necessities as well as some camping essentials like chairs and an outdoor rug. Tanja and her husband were so wonderful and communicative throughout the whole process. I would definitely rent this trailer again!

Tanja’s RV was great: like new and clean!
I also got it delivered and it was perfectly set up.
That being said, she seemed upset when she saw that that the delivery place had grovel and not cement like at an RV park.
She communicated in a somewhat unpleasant tone which honestly tainted the rental experience for me
Hi Daniel. A lot of information was not accurately communicated to us prior to delivery. We had to cross a very narrow bridge (which to be honest, probably wasn't rated to cover the weight of the trailer), and despite the questions I asked prior to delivery, there was not a clear or sturdy route for us to drive on or park the trailer.
