It was a great RV we took it to Colorado no issues with the RV itself, except the generator would shut down on us every 5 to 10 minutes.
John was very friendly, extremely versed in the function of the vehicle and super communicative. Overall not a terrible rental experience. Some minor maintenance issues and it should definitely be clean prior to renting. With that said, it mostly fulfilled our particular travel needs.

We are sorry that you did not feel the RV was. If you could give more detail, it would be much appreciated.
Just as an FYI, we noticed the following after you left the RV at roughly 2:30AM, even though we specifically said not do that.
1. There was the broken microwave turntable that you did tell us about, but there was still broken glass all over the floor
2.
We had no previous experience at all with a motorhome and wanted to try it out and see if we liked it. The owner was very friendly and accommodating on setting the pickup and drop off time with me and he also took extra time with me to explain and show me how everything worked in the unit before I left.
Always wonderful to hear from new renters and even more so when they enjoy the experience.
Missy was just what we needed for our quick trip to the lake. John was very patient with our questions and thorough with the walk through. Great experience all around.
