As a 1st renter, we had an awesome experience. Communication was spot on; the vehicle was as listed, and the entire process was smooth. Insurance on the rental was a surprise, considering we carry our own insurance, and it covers any auto we drive...and we carry maximum levels on the 6 cars we do have. So, the insurance expense, for 9 days of approximately $1,000 did not sit well.
The 2021 Overland Sprinter was perfect for our trip. Our family of three drove over 3k miles in total over three weeks. We had no issues. Easy to drive, easy to park in regular parking places, and great gas mileage. The AC unit on top of the vehicle worked amazing and coupled with the AC in the front we got cold!
Communication with Rachel was great. Every question was answered promptly.
