What a horrible experience. She cancelled the RV we had booked 3 days prior to our trip. Then she offered us another RV that had a ton of problems. She said that all the problems from the previous renter were fixed, but as our trip progressed, all the problems came back. The RV was very dirty and smelled bad.
My only negative review. Clearly some people cannot be pleased. RVing is not for everyone. They did tons of damage to the RV. Tried to get a completely free vacation. Made up false claims. The husband drove like a Yahoo during the test Drive and I even had to tell him to slow down and break easier .
Another great week in one of Mary Beth’s rigs! Large Marge was a step up from Big Bertha (that we rented last year) and we were just as thrilled by all the extras that were included! MaryBeth leaves no stone unturned. Everything and anything that you could possibly need while camping was included in this home on wheels!
Unfortunately this RV did not have a working step which made it an almost 2 feet jump in and out of the RV. Upon arrival Mary Beth explained it had broke and she supplied a small step to use but this was not high enough to safely enter and exit the RV(almost 2 feet jump even with the little step provided).
